About The Coffee:
Haileselassie Embaye sources coffee from the highlands of Ethiopia's famous Guji zone. This Grade 1 natural process coffee shows the lively and wild beauty of the area. This is a slightly different coffee lot than our previous Guji Arsosoala, even though it's from the same producer. This coffee grows in rich red-brown clay soil. It gets clean spring water and benefits from the right altitude and rainfall. This helps create an exceptional cup.
Bourbon cherries are harvested in January and February. They are carefully selected and sun-dried on raised beds. This process helps the natural sugars concentrate. The result is a chocolate flavor that is both rich and clean.
