Who We Are
Our mission to inspire the world starts with the farmers and importers we partner with every month. We, along with our importers, pay premiums to ensure our money is funneled from your cup back to the farmer. This extends beyond the farmer to the people who are often neglected who work at the sorting tables and washing stations.
Your purchases at Lost Coffee also contribute to programs that help provide better wages for women, wash plant workers and farmers. Your contribution also helps us buy coffee from women-owned farms and helps us provide higher wages and higher-quality coffees which improve agricultural care and ecological resources. This means your batch brew, pour over, or latte is linked in a chain across the world that directly improves the lives of individuals in countries where it is needed most.
We believe with your help we can make a difference through the purchase of fair, socially responsible coffees.
The journey so far!
Lost Coffee began in 2010 as a food truck and expanded into its first location within the following year. Since then, we have expanded to three locations in Castle Rock, Aurora, and Littleton where Littleton has become a fully functioning roastery. We have also expanded to selling our products online, providing coffee for local businesses, and making our coffee available in Whole Foods and local grocery stores. We are excited to have you along this journey with us. We look forward to seeing you in our stores.
Providing fair and livable wages for women producers, washing station workers and farmers: the individuals who are typically overlooked in the coffee industry.
We value our awesome employees and those who make our company function. We could not do this without them!
Generosity of our resources and giving back to local non-profits through fundraisers that raise awareness and donations.
Getting lost in nature and being inspired by the beautiful outdoors. We love encouraging employees and those who enjoy our coffee to venture outside and enjoy the outdoors around us.
