About The Coffee:
Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia's renowned Guji zone, producer Haileselassie Embaye offers a Grade 1 natural process coffee that showcases the vibrant and wild beauty of the region. This is a slightly different coffee lot than our previous Guji Arsosoala, even though it's from the same producer. Grown in rich red-brown clay soil and nourished by clean spring water, this coffee benefits from ideal altitude and rainfall to produce an exceptional cup.
Harvested between January and February, the ripe Bourbon cherries are carefully selected and sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the natural sugars to concentrate for a chocolate forward profile that is both complex and clean.
