February 1st: Pour Over Class
Join us on Saturday, February 1st, 2025, from 1 PM to 3 PM. We will have a hands-on pour-over workshop. It will be led by Greg Marxen. He is Lost Coffee’s trainer, service technician, and brewing recipe manager. Pour-overs can be tricky with so many variables to consider, but this class will help you master the essentials. We’ll cover coffee origins, grind size, brew ratios, and recipe development. Each participant will brew four pour-overs, focusing on these key factors. All skill levels are welcome!
